Monitoring Evaluation & Learning Experts
Our Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professionals have spent decades designing and leading MEL systems that go beyond donor compliance. Trained in public health, development studies, and applied statistics, they are skilled at developing theories of change, performance indicator reference sheets, and adaptive learning frameworks.

Research & Evaluation Experts
Our research and evaluation specialists are social scientists, epidemiologists, and field researchers with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Our agriculture and livelihood experts are development practitioners with expertise in food systems, market access, household resilience, and rural livelihoods. Unique to D4Act, we also bring poultry systems expertise through our experience in the African Poultry Multiplication Initiative (APMI)
